Eduardo Nicol – CFO / COO / CTO

Bringing over 35 years of expertise in leading complex projects across IT, Telecommunications, Naval Transportation, and Energy sectors. Academic foundation in Information Technology, complemented by a Project Management postgraduate degree from George Washington University/ESI. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2002, coupled with an MBA from FGV-SP. As an executive professor at FGV since 2010, He teach courses in Project Management, Strategic Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Innovation  in postagraduate degree in Businesses Administration.

Extensive entrepreneurial experience spanning two decades, with ventures in food, naval transportation and operations sectors. For the past 11 years, focused on renewable energy, particularly photovoltaic solar energy. Responsible for administration, finance, strategic marketing, and process management in this sector.

Ricardo Marques – CEO / CMO

Having worked since 2013 in project management roles, he boasts extensive experience in handling projects of significant complexity and high investment. Notably, at Monsanto do Brasil, he excelled in overseeing the construction of the seed sorting tower at the Uberlândia site (valued at 128 million reais) and led the expansion of the dehusk line at the Maria Eugênia site in Argentina (valued at 78 million reais). Additionally, he contributed as a project engineer in the construction of a 144,000 square meter railway terminal (VLI).

Holding a degree in Production Engineering, postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering and MBA in Project Management from FGV, which he completed in 2016. Since 2018, he has been actively involved in the solar energy market, focusing particularly on projects with farmers, commercial ventures, and large-scale projects.
